June Cruden - Who am I?

With a career spanning several decades across hospitality, childcare, property investment, and utilities, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience and entrepreneurial insight to everything I do.

My professional journey began in the catering industry, training as a chef at Hurn Airport before serving as a Chef in the British Army. These early roles developed my discipline, work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure - qualities that have remained central throughout my career.

Following my military service, I continued to build experience across the hospitality sector, combining part-time catering roles with raising a young family and running a successful childminding business. Alongside this, I pursued continuous professional development, gaining additional catering qualifications and broadening my operational and management skills.

In 2015, my focus expanded into property investment. Having completed specialist training with Gill Fielding at Fielding Financial, my husband and I established a growing Buy-to-Let portfolio in Mansfield and the South East.

I also founded and hosted a monthly property networking group at Sutton United Football Club, providing a platform for investors, accountants, and finance professionals to share insights and opportunities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned these events online, connecting professionals from across the UK, New Zealand, and the United States.

My commitment to supporting both households and businesses led to new ventures in the utilities sector.

As a Utility Warehouse Partner, I help clients streamline and save on essential services including gas, electricity, broadband, mobile, and insurance. In parallel,

I work with Full Power Utilities, supporting commercial clients such as schools, hospitality venues, and care providers in securing cost-effective energy solutions.

Today, I combine my extensive background in operations, property, and customer service to provide practical, trusted support to both individuals and organisations.
